Dr. Jennifer Walden is a plastic surgeon based in Austin, Texas. She has been board certified by American Board of Plastic Surgery and is fellowship-trained in Cosmetic Surgery. She has extensive experience and has been featured in various media. As well as being featured in media she is also the Commissioner of Communications for ASAPS (American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and also serves on their Board of Directors.
Dr. Jennifer Walden started her career in New York City. While there she was an Attending in Plastic Surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat and Lenox Hill Hospitals. After having twin boys she moved to Austin, TX and opened a practice there. She made the move as she wanted her children to be closer to family that lived there.
She has appeared on various television networks as an expert on plastic surgery. This includes shows on NBC, ABC, CBS, VH1, Fox News, and E!. She also has a lifetime segment the local ABC affiliate which is titled, “Looking Good and Living Well With Dr. Jennifer Walden”. She has also been featured in magazines as one of the best plastic surgeons in the United States. American Airlines magazine named her one of the the best Plastic Surgeons in America. She was also named as one of the 20 women that have changed the face of medicine by the Austin MD magazine in their May/June 2014 issue.
Her comments have also appeared in a wide variety of magazines in regards to plastic surgery. This includes such magazine as Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Shape, and the New York Sun. She is a widely sought after expert in her field and an asset to the Plastic Surgeon community.
